Attorney from the Universidad de Chile, graduated in 1962.

 

He is one of the best known litigating attorneys in the country. Since graduating, he has intervened in many of the most important cases that have been prosecuted in Chile.

 

He was Professor of Civil Law at the Universidad de Chile from 1987 to 1997. Subsequently, and until 2017, he became Dean of the Faculty of Law at the Universidad del Desarrollo.

He is the author of more than ten works on Civil Law, and numerous articles and monographs on matters of his specialty.
